Doggie and Kitty lived together in a little house of their own. They want to do everything just like the grown-up people. But that´s not all that easy, if you´ve only got paws and claws instead of hands and fingers... For example the floor they wash their very own way - What they have a fur for, lately? But how they will do the washing, then - and dry it? Or even stem a plague of mice?
The play presents two wonderfully absurd episodes from the well-beloved book “All about Doggie and Pussycat“ by Josef Čapek: “How Doggie and Pussycat Washed the Floor“
and “How Doggie Tore his Trousers“.
His plain but very apt language and his warm-hearted humor is found here in funny dialogues and original play with a touch of the nineteen thirties and real water on stage.
A play for the whole family and children from 3 years+. |
